Maintaining confidentiality for client and candidate is the essence of our business and is sacrosanct. Any data gets shared only with the expressed permission.

As professional , we have built that trust factor over the years due to which clients and candidates share their business and professional details with us at STEADFAST.

As a policy, we do not share any information about a candidate with the client for any position unless the candidate has given expressed permission to do so in writing. Similarly, we do not share any business sensitive information about our clients with any candidate or anyone else, unless the client has given us expressed permission to do so.

Three important areas of our work on data protection are:

  1. How do we handle client’s data: We store this data on I-Cloud which we share with the candidates selectively , basis the permission granted by the client. This data is password protected and no external party outside the organisation can access it.
  2. How do we handle candidate’s data: This data gets stored on I-Cloud in an organised manner which we share with client only on the basis of expressed permission. The data is password protected and no external party can access it.
  3. How do we handle candidate’s consent data: Candidate’s consent is always taken for specific project and the consent data is maintained on I-Cloud. We seek consent for every new project.

We do not collect personal information about any individual be it related to ethnic origin, religious belief, political affiliation, health records, genetic data , sexual orientation and alike.

We collect information like name, address, phone number, e-mail ID, Job -Title and expertise along with the resume highlighting the professional profile of a person.
